We don't sell your data, show ads or use tracking cookies.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Qaylo ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services (the app and this website). For questions or requests, write to qaylo.support@sytrik.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Account information, such as your name, email and sign-in details, including when you sign in with Google.
- Your venue's setup, such as its name, zones, tables and settings.
- Messages you send us, for example through the contact form.
- Technical data, such as IP address, browser and logs.
We use it to provide and secure the service, keep your venue available on your devices and reply to you. We don't use it for advertising.
3. Your guests' data
Guest details you add to the waitlist, such as a name or phone number, are stored on your device, not on our servers, and Qaylo clears them automatically after use. Your restaurant is responsible for that data and for the messages it sends to guests.
4. Sharing
We rely on service providers for hosting, email and sign-in. They process data on our behalf and may be located in other countries. We may also share data when the law requires it or if the service is transferred to someone else. We don't sell personal data.
5. Cookies
We only use the cookies and browser storage the service needs, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences. No analytics or advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or longer if the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, such as encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No system is completely secure.
9. Children
Qaylo is meant for businesses and not for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. We'll change the date above and let you know about significant changes.
