Terms of Use
Last updated: September 11, 2026
The short version. Qaylo is free to use today. Your data is yours; the software is ours. You're responsible for your guests' data and the messages you send them.
The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Qaylo (the app and this website) ("Qaylo", "we", "us"). By using Qaylo you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use it for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
2. The service
Qaylo helps restaurants manage their waitlist and tables. It's free today and still evolving, so features may change. We'll let you know before charging for anything. A separate written agreement with your business takes precedence over these Terms.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your information accurate and your access secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your guests
You're responsible for the guest information you record and the messages you send. Get the permission you need, collect only what's necessary, and follow the laws that apply to you and the rules of the messaging apps you use. No spam.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Qaylo to break the law, access other people's data or disrupt the service, and don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
6. Your data and ours
Your data is yours, and we use it only to run the service. The Qaylo software and brand are ours.
7. Data on your device
Some data, such as your waitlist, is stored only on your device. It can be lost if you clear your browser, change devices or sign out, and we can't recover it.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 100.
This doesn't affect rights that can't be limited by law.
9. Indemnity
You'll cover the claims and costs that arise from your use of Qaylo, your guests' data or a breach of these Terms.
10. Changes and termination
You can stop using Qaylo at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms, and we may change or discontinue the service. If we update these Terms, we'll change the date above and let you know about significant changes; continuing to use Qaylo means you accept them.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without affecting mandatory rights under your local law. Questions: qaylo.support@sytrik.com.
12. Other terms
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us, except for any separate written agreement.
